All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. Orders can experience delays to be processed when

  • During the High Season
  • It is custom wig order
  • Addtional requirement (bleaching knots, higher density etc.)
  • Inventroy shortage.

All orders placed during non-business hours, this includes weekends (Saturday & Sunday), evenings and national holidays, will be processed once regular business hours have resumed.


Q: How many days does it take to receive my order?

A: Normally we fulfill your order in about 3-7 business days. But it might get delayed because of COVID-19, so pls expect at least 5-7 business days to receive the package. Also, it may take longer if custom orders (Color wigs/ high density...). Message us if there is a specific deadline for receiving your order before you placing your order! We will do our best to meet your expectations.

Q: Which shipping company do you use?

A: Normally your package is carried by DHL. We do use FedEx/Aramex (to UK and SA often). Feel free to let us know if you want to use the specific one.

Q: How do I check my package?

A:  Any update on your order, including order comfirmation/tracking information,  will be sent to the email that you left when placing order as soon as you make the purchase or  package departs our facilities.Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. We recommend you to leave both your email and phone number when placing order to make sure you can receive all update of your order in time.

Please note that once packages are carried by DHL/Fedex, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the shipping company. So we are NOT responsible for any lost/stolen package. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen package. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, we recommend to contact DHL to have your package held at their location or rearrange delivery time.

In case that the package get lost in transition/ out of delivery, pls call your local DHL customer service (1-800-225-5345) to solve the issue. If there is anything else that we may do for you, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Q: Do I need to pay the shipping fee extra?

A:  Your wig order can enjoy Free Shipping on! For other items, shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.

If you notice that you're charged for shipping fee when your order contains wig and other items (bundles, closures or other accessories). Pls contact us at before you make the purchase. We will deduct the shipping fee for you :)

NOTE: For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.So, pls do some research on the customs policy of your country before you shopping online to make sure that you won't be charged anything.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: We provide delivery to any address within Global, except few countries. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and JurongIsland.


On our website, payment by PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram are acceptable.

If payment by PayPal, pls keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Make sure you 're entering in the correct billing address that is associated with your bank card or you might fail to process the payment if wrong billing address.

We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair is in its original condition! We are pleased to offer a return policy on hair that has not been used within SEVEN (7) DAYS with you receiving your order.

You must contact us first before refunding your package during business hours within the seven (7) day return period after you receive the package for refund/exchange issue, attaching with photos or videos of the items that you received.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return! HeyMyWig will refund/exchange orders that the item has not been damaged, solied, washed, altered or worn and all lables/tags are attached. Pls make sure that the hair is in its original condition or a return will not be issued.

Also pls kindly note that:

  1. Custom orders (small or large size, high density (180% or up), color wigs, special sale items or any specific requirements that you request when placing order) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  2. Unless it is our fault that send you the wrong items, HeyMyWig is not responsiable for any shipping fee of return/ exchage.
  3. Make sure you send your return via FedEx/DHL only with a tracking number because HeyMyWig will not be responsible for lost returns. PLS DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they get lost everytime which we will not be responsible for.
  4. Shipping fee that occured by return/exchange should be on your charge unless it is HEYMYWIG’s fault to send you the wrong/defective item. Which means that it will be deducted from your refund.


*Refused Packages
In case of refuse packages, the shipping and handling fee will be subtracted from any refund.

*Return Packages

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

- If approved,your refund is credited back to the original payment source that you used when making a payment.

- If you made a payment using your credit or debit card, the refund is credited back into that card. Depending on the card issuer, it might take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your next card statement.

- If you made a payment using your PayPal balance, the refund is credited back into your PayPal account within 24 hours.

- If you made a payment partially using your card and PayPal balance, the refund of each partially amount is credited back into that card and PayPal account accordingly.

- Please use DHL/Fedex when return the package, which ensure you can get refund/replacement successfully

* Pls kindly note that :

- Refund will not be issued if we find that the hair has been used or damaged after we receive the package.

- Original shipping costs are non refundable since we already paid to send the package to you the first time which means that it will be deducted from your refund.
