Q: What material do you use to make the wig/hair bundles?
A:We use 100% virgin hair ( Brazilian hair /Indian hair /Peruvien hair) only, pls allow us to choose the material among them before we ship it out if you have no requirement on this.
Q:Does the wig come with hairline pre-plucked?
A:The hairline is pre-plucked. Additional plucking might be necessary depending on your preference.
You can find some plucking/styling tutorials on YouTube. YouTuber like "IAmErickaJ. Channel” has a lot educated and helpful video on plucking.
Q:Does the wig come with knots bleached?
A: Normally they aren’t unless you request. Also, it will come “lightly” bleached if you require it. This method helps to prevent damage and shedding on your unit during delivery. Please leave us the notes of requesting bleaching knots in your shopping cart before heading to checkout.
Q:Can the hair be dyed or restyled?
A: Yes! You're more than welcome to dye/ perm the wig in natural black color for they are unprocessed human hair. You can dye it with the color you want as well as curl/ straighten it. But pls be aware of the processing time/ temperature. It may damage the hair if over process or over heat.
Also, pls pay more attention when you are going to dye/ perm wigs in #613 blonde color. Because it is processed hair already ( we bleach the natural black color hair into #613 blonde). It may get mat/ frizzy/ shedded if over process. So pls make sure that you take good care of it before and after you do anything with it( like deep condition and hair treatment are necessary)
We recommend that you color or process it by a professional to make sure it won’t get ruined.
Q:Can I wear y'all wigs without glue?
A: Yes, you can. But kindly note that it may not looks as natural and secure as you glue it down. Wigs are come with thin elastic belt to help you to secure the wig but it is not always perfect for everyone because of different head size. So we send you the thick black elastic band along with your order. You can sew it in for a perfect fit to make it totally gluless.
Q:What’s the difference between Normal Transparent Lace and HD lace?
A:The Normal Transparent Lace is kind of regular lace but with light lace color. You can tell the difference by the picture below

A:HD Lace is kind of a new lace material that is more light, thinner, soft, and looks more transparent than normal lace. It can melt into your skin perfectly and make the whole hairline more natural. As you can see in the picture below

Q:How many days does it take to receive my order?
A:Normally we fulfill your order in about 3-7 business days. But it might get delayed because of COVID-19, so pls expect at least 5-7 business days to receive the package. Also, it may take longer if custom orders (Color wigs/ high density...). Message us if there is a specific deadline for receiving your order before you placing your order! We will do our best to meet your expectations.

Q: Which shipping company do you use?
A:Normally your package is carried by DHL. We do use FedEx/Aramex (to UK and SA often). Feel free to let us know if you want to use the specific one.
Q: How do I check my package?
A: Any update on your order, including order comfirmation/tracking information, will be sent to the email that you left when placing order as soon as you make the purchase or package departs our facilities.Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. We recommend you to leave both your email and phone number when placing order to make sure you can receive all update of your order in time.

Please note that once packages are carried by DHL/Fedex, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the shipping company. So we are NOT responsible for any lost/stolen package. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen package. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, we recommend to contact DHL to have your package held at their location or rearrange delivery time. In case the package get lost in transition/ out of delivery, pls call your local DHL customer service to solve the issue.
